One Tree Hill, you will be missed…

This show has really inspired me a lot. Every episodes give something inspiration, from season 1 till the end. There is laughter, joy, heartbreaking scene, lessons, and memories that surely be missed. The cast were also good and adorable. They were also give inspirations. It really can touch lives. Because of this show, I learned number of things that should be ponder. There were several quotes that are really nice. From the characters, the script and even the setting were totally off-the-hook. I must say that, I salute the director for having a blast show!

And if it were up to me, I wouldn’t let this show to end.

The moment I finished watching the show, for a second I feel like everything inside me is breaking. My eyes welled-up with tears. Everything is heartbreaking.

I will missed Naley, Brooke and Julian, and Quinn and Clay’s tandem. These characters have foresee me that in the end, everything will be okay.

I love everything about how Nathan and Haley find their love with each other. Before becoming a happy ending, they encountered lots of obstacles. How Haley hated Nathan for being a “dumb ass” until they fall in love with each other. They really fought their love against all odds.

And of course, how come you not remember Brooke’s character? Sure, she was definitely a “play girl”. That love for her was only a game and sex will only matter. Outside, she was strong and happy-go-lucky girl, but really inside she’s vulnerable. Vulnerable for believing that she’s nothing but a piece of empty sheet, hoping that someday she will find her true love and hopefully she will find what should really wanted to become. Before she found happiness, she underwent lots of blockage. Until then, she met Julian, her love of her life.

Moreover, I also love Quinn and Clay’s tandem. They also inspired me a lot. Lots of thing they encountered before they found happiness.

Not just them mentioned above, I will also missed Mouth, Milly, Chase, Alex, Skills, Lucas, Peyton, Jamie and everyone I forgot to mention.

So long One Tree Hill, you will surely be missed!

The Break-up Bible

Generally, it was okay but it I can’t relate ’cause I’m not broken hearted. This really fits to people who freshen got their hearts broken and left by someone worthless. All I can say, breakups don’t meant for defeat but rather to visualize people that the love was not meant and they deserved someone better. Here are some excerpts from the book:

  • “Friends are as precious as boyfriends. Don’t think of this time your friends as somehow second-rate just because you’re not in a relationship.”
  • “He didn’t deserve me. I am beautiful! Mr. Right is right around the corner. Mr. Wrong is in the garbage where he belongs. I COMPLETE ME!”
  • Ten Breakup Commandments:
  1. Move out
  2. You cannot be friends
  3. Do not process this breakup together.
  4. Do not bad-mouth your ex to other people.
  5. Get rid of anything that reminds you of him/her.
  6. Start an exercise regime.
  7. Pursue an interest you could not have pursued while you and your ex were together.
  8. Take a vacation
  9. Embrace change
  10. Go on a date – there are plenty of other fish in the sea.

Got thrilled? Now go read and learn from it. Enjoy 🙂

The Perks Of Being A Wallflower..

“And in that moment, I swear we were infinite”

Rumor has it, the book was definitely off-the-hook. From the characters to the setting. I couldn’t agree more.

Truth be told, I’m not reading the book just because I don’t want to feel out of the loop or there is an upcoming movie out soon. I read the book because the title itself or the word “wallflower” caught my attention.

Right off from the start, I thought the story-line is all about flowers. Seriously. But then curiosity can kill a cat, so I searched the meaning of the word “wallflower”.

  • Wallflower (noun)

a shy or retiring person who remains unnoticed at social events,   especially a woman without a dance partner.

 Need you say more?

This is the story of what it’s like to grow up in high school. The world of the first dates, a tale of love-loss-fear-hope, and and the unforgettable friends that help us through life. The world of sex, drugs, and peer pressure.

The story is narrated by a 15 year old boy named, “Charlie”, who writes a letter addressing to his anonymous “friend”.

He is an unconventional thinker, and as the story begins he is shy and unpopular.

In case you’re hanging, I’ll encourage you to just read the book and see it for yourself. I swear you will definitely love this book. No regrets to spare your time. Lots of lessons you will learn and things you will realize.

What are you waiting for, grab the book and read now! GO! Don’t forget to share with me your ideas.

Before I end this, I’m going to post some quotes I liked from the book:

  • “We accept the love we think we deserve.”
  • “You see things. You keep quiet about them. And you understand.”
  • “It was the kind of kiss that made me know that I was never so happy in my whole life”
  • It’s much easier not to know things sometimes. And to have french fries with your mom be enough.
  • Things change. And friends leave. And life doesn’t stop for anybody.
  • “I would die for you. But I won’t live for you.”
  • “If somebody likes me, I want them to like the real me, not what they think I am. And I don’t want them to carry it around inside. I want them to show me, so I can feel it too. I want them to be able to do whatever they want around me.”
  • “So why would I care whether or not he loved me when he didn’t really even know me?”
